Not all products described on this website are available in all states. Product features, riders, underwriting standards, benefit periods, and rates vary by state and by issuing carrier. A product described on a service page may not be offered, or may work differently, where you live.

Guarantees and carrier strength

All policy guarantees — including guaranteed death benefits, guaranteed cash value, and guaranteed premiums — are backed solely by the claims-paying ability and financial strength of the issuing insurance carrier. They are not guaranteed by Generational Ownership Development, and they are not insured or guaranteed by any government agency, bank, or credit union.

Illustrations are not guarantees

Any policy illustration is a hypothetical projection based on assumptions selected at the time it is prepared. Non-guaranteed elements — including credited interest rates, index caps, participation rates, spreads, dividends, and cost of insurance charges — can change. Actual results will differ, and an illustration is not a prediction or a guarantee of future performance.

Carrier relationships

We are an independent agency and are appointed with multiple insurance carriers. We are compensated by the issuing carrier, usually as a commission, when a policy we submit is placed. This does not increase the premium you pay: life insurance rates are filed with state regulators, and the same policy from the same carrier costs the same regardless of who sells it to you.

Credit education disclosure

Our credit education and coaching service provides education about how credit reporting works. It is not credit repair. We do not dispute items on your behalf and we make no representation, promise, guarantee, or estimate regarding any improvement to your credit score or credit report.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, free of charge, by contacting the credit bureau and the furnisher of the information directly. You may obtain free copies of your credit reports at annualcreditreport.com. Free guidance about your rights is available from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov. Accurate, current negative information cannot be removed from a credit report by us or by anyone else.

How to verify a license

You should never have to take an agent's word for their licensing. Every state department of insurance maintains a public register you can search by name or producer number, free of charge.

• Search your state's department of insurance website for “producer lookup” or “licensee search”.
• The National Association of Insurance Commissioners maintains a directory of every state insurance department at naic.org.
• The National Insurance Producer Registry offers a national producer lookup at nipr.com.

You can also use those same departments to file a complaint about any agent, including us.
